Nicholas Negroponte, UC Regents Lecture
Eliminating Poverty by Learning Learning

Negroponte is the chairman of One Laptop per Child (OLPC) Initiative,
Wiesner Professor of Media Technology at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and founding chair, MIT's Media Laboratory; author, "Being Digital."

This lecture takes place in the Glorya Kaufman Hall Dance Theater, Room 200, UCLA
Parking for Glorya Kaufman Hall Dance Theater: Parking is generally available for $8 a day in the adjacent UCLA Parking Lot Structure #4, off Sunset Boulevard, between Veteran and Hilgard.
